WHAT ABOUT THE "DODGE" EMBLEM?
Our products do not interfere with the emblems on any model.
MY TAILLIGHTS ARE ALREADY TINTED, CAN I STILL USE YOUR PRODUCT?
Yes it is possible to still utilize our products. It looks best if the tint on your taillights have a gloss finish to them. Our best suggestion is you use our decals first, then apply your tint over them.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
This will be determined by what type of shipping you choose. We offer free shipping for all products which is 1 to 3 business days. We also offer priority shipping which is 1-2 business days. Finally we offer express overnight shipping which is 1 business day.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders will ship within the same day (if order is placed before 3:00PM EST) or 48 hours from purchase.
I TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If your package has already been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to see if you are able to correct the address. DayDay Custom Creations and USPS are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee for us to send it back out again.
TRACKING MY ORDER
Customer accounts are updated with tracking info within 24-48 hrs during business days. To make it more convenient for our customers our system automatically emails or texts each customer their tracking numbers when an order ships. Customers are not required to log into the website to track the status of orders. Our goal is to keep customers updated regarding their order status at all times. Of course we're also happy to answer any order status concerns customers send us. Emails are answered on a timely manner basis.
MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND I DON’T SEE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes, USPS marks a package as delivered but ends up delivering next business day. We recommend waiting one business day for your order to arrive. Also, please check that your shipping address was typed in correctly for your order. For lost/stolen packages, please contact USPS or your local Postal Service. DUTIES/TAXES/CUSTOM FEES
When your order arrives at your shipping destination, import duties/taxes/and/or custom fees may be charged in order to clear the package from customs. DayDay Custom Creations is not responsible for fees that may be charged.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Include the following:
- Name
- Order Number
- Phone Number
- Reason For Cancelling
We can cancel any order that has not already been processed. If your order is currently being processed or has already been shipped, you must go through the return process to obtain a refund. For more information please refer to our Return Policy
I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH INSTALLING A PRODUCT
If you need any advice or help with installing any of our products, please email us at daydaycustomcreations@gmail.com or contact us on social media. There are also install videos if you click HERE. We will ensure you get the correct help you require. Every vinyl/tint product sold on our website has been developed and tested in house to make sure you get the best fitting items out there.
WILL YOU OFFER DESIGNS FOR OTHER VEHICLES?
When the demand is necessary, of course! Also if a product is not available for your vehicle, that doesn't mean we can't get creative. We are always down to do custom jobs for vehicles!
